Beneficiary Member
Is the natural person who joins the Association's membership based on a formal application approved by the Board,

- . Benefiting from the services, programs, and privileges offered by the institution in accordance with the terms and controls specified for each service.

- 2. Attending and participating in public activities and events organized by the institution, according to the nature of the service provided.
- 3. Obtaining a membership card specific to beneficiary membership.
- Community forums and publication discounts (15%)

- 4. Submitting written requests or proposals to the institution's management or the Board of Directors regarding improving the quality of services provided.
- 5. Accessing the informational bulletins and awareness materials issued by the institution for beneficiaries.
- 6. Obtaining any privileges, discounts, or priority in services that the Association may decide to grant to the category of beneficiary members, in accordance with the approved regulations.
- 7. Any other rights granted by a decision of the Board of Directors, provided this does not conflict with the Association's by-laws and governing legislation.

- 4. The right to submit proposals, observations, and initiatives that would develop the Association's work and achieve its objectives, and to discuss them within the General Assembly meetings or with the Board of Directors.
- 5. The right to request that an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly be held, when the legal conditions specified for that in the by-laws and related regulations are met.

- 6. The right to benefit from the services and programs offered by the Association in accordance with the approved controls and standards, and within the limits permitted by legislation and available resources.
- 7. The right to withdraw from membership of the Association by written request, in accordance with the procedures specified in the by-laws, while the Association retains its statutory rights against the member, if any.
- 8. The right to object to decisions issued by the Board of Directors or the General Assembly when they conflict with the provisions of the by-laws, regulations, or governing legislation.
- 9. The right to legal protection in connection with their participation in the Association's activities, in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the State.
